• Not a winmy18 Employee: You are not an employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of winmy18 or any of its affiliated companies.

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. winmy18 requires the following information at the point of registration:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document)
• Valid email address (used for account communications and password recovery)
• Date of birth (for age verification purposes)
• Contact number
• Preferred currency (Malaysian Ringgit / MYR)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 (or equivalent in supported cryptocurrency).
• Supported deposit channels include: DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Most channels credit instantly. Bank transfer timings may vary depending on the issuing bank.
• winmy18 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or eWallet provider may apply their own charges, for which winmy18 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM100.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until satisfactory identity documents have been reviewed and approved by our compliance team.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically within 95 seconds to 24 hours depending on the method and account verification status.
• winmy18 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds declarations.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is only permitted after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempted withdrawal prior to completing rollover will result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) is stated on each individual promotion page. Completion of wagering is tracked in real time within your Account.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is RM500 (or as otherwise specified per promotion). Bets placed above this cap during an active bonus period will be voided and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Live dealer games and sports bets carry specific contribution rates as stated per promotion. Jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or 0%.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit) will be forfeited automatically upon expiry. Unused bonus credit cannot be reinstated.

• winmy18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. All promotional decisions by winmy18 are final and binding.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where expressly permitted by the specific game or sporting event rules.

• Live in-play betting on events including EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other markets is subject to real-time odds fluctuations. Bets are accepted or rejected at the time they are processed by the system and are not guaranteed at the price displayed prior to placement.
• Technical faults, disconnections, or interruptions during a game session: where a game cannot be completed due to a verifiable technical fault on the Platform's side, the bet will be settled based on the game state at the time of the fault. winmy18 is not liable for losses arising from client-side connectivity issues.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the Platform. winmy18 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — against any User found engaging in prohibited conduct:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through multi-accounting, collusion with other users, or any strategy designed to guarantee a risk-free profit from Bonus Funds in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

• Abusive Behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise unacceptable communications at winmy18 staff or other Platform users through any channel.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, software, graphics, user interface design, text, images, audio-visual materials, and game content, is the exclusive intellectual property of winmy18 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights and does not permit you to:
